Returns & Replacements
You can return unworn and unlaundered items within 30 days of delivery.
Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted in Thongs, G-stings or Jock Straps.
We DO NOT issue credit card refunds - only exchanges and store credits.
We will process your return or exchange within 3 weeks and notify you once we have done so.
All clearance items are final sales and are not returnable.
*Please note that Malebasics Corp., at our own discretion, may refuse any return if it does not meet the Return guidelines. We will then return to you the item you sent us initially.
Return / Exchange Shipping Fees

If you are exchanging an item, standard shipping fees will apply.
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods or items that you did not order, it is important that the items remain unworn, unopened, and unlaundered so we can credit you in full, including return shipping, if it is a result of our mistake.
How to Return or Exchange Your Purchase
Replace the item in the original brand packaging.
If the item was shipped to you in a box, please return it to us in a box. Preferably in the original box.
To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured and traceable method (such as UPS, FedEx, Certified mail or another method).
There is no return or exchange number. Please use the order number that was sent to you and include your information when you are returning or exchanging the item.
