HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
Contact us immediately at customerservice@malebasics.com with your order number and new shipping address. We can update addresses before items ship. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages. Include your order number (starts with MB or 1500) and complete new address in your email.
WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Check your spam/junk folder first.If not found, email us atcustomerservice@malebasics.comwith your payment details (last 4 digits of card, payment amount, date). We'll verify your order status within 24 hours. Orders show as "pending" in your bank but may take 1-2 hours to appear in our system.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & TRACKING ISSUES
We ship internationally via UPS with 15-45 day delivery. Some packages transfer to your local postal service (like Canada Post) for final delivery. Import duties and taxes are customer responsibility. If tracking stops updating, contact your local postal service with the tracking number.
