A medium is designed for a 32–34-inch waist whether you choose a cotton trunk, a lace brief, or a mesh jockstrap. We adjust each pattern to the stretch of its fabric so the fit feels secure without being restrictive. It is important to note that if your waist falls between two sizes, choose the larger one.
