- Measure your waist: Use a measuring tape 5 inches below your belly button, where your swimwear waistband usually sits.
- Posture matters: Stand straight without sucking in or pushing out your stomach.
- Between sizes? Select the larger size for a more relaxed fit or if you prefer a looser cut.
