Creating Lace Underwear For Men.

The journey of a distinctive piece of lace underwear starts by extending the lace on a cutting table, usually the fabric comes in rolls, otherwise it's not technically lace, it should be called Chantilly Lace, used in Lace bodysuits, and other home fashion applications. Anyway, we extend the fabric so it relaxes and recovers its original length. After an overnight extension, we proceed to stack layers of the fabric one on top of the other and secure them to a cutting table. Once that's done, we go into tracing the pattern of the underwear we want to cut.

After this is done, our expert cutters proceed to cut the lot. In a lace boxer, you have several pieces like the sides, pouches, and other tiny parts that will get sewn.

In garment production, once the fabric is cut, it's our seamstresses who start working on it. Picture a car assembly line, but for Lace Men Underwear. In our Medellin location, we use Jack Sewing Machines, which are pretty advanced technologically, but still need skill and training. In our arsenal, we use Overlocks, Overstitch machines, straight stitch machines, flat seamers, and many more; we literally have more machines than people at this moment.

Types of Lace In Underwear.

Although we are not a leading producer of Lace Underwear, we know a thing or two when it comes to manufacturing Lace Men's and Women's Underwear, including thongs. There are two main types: Lace fabric that comes in rolls of 15 cms, 17 cms, 22 cms, and fabric or Chantilly lace, the same lace you see in couture at your grandma's.
